Persistent Limp After Leg Fracture in a Child
Pediatric Case
A 10-year-old boy sustained a leg fracture approximately two months ago. The fracture was immobilized with a cast for the entire healing period. After cast removal, the patient was unable to walk properly and developed a significant limp. The parents report persistent difficulty bearing weight and an abnormal gait pattern since the cast was removed. No recent trauma, infection, or swelling has been noted.
